This training covers the topics of the training “Wafer Baking Technology – Basic”, but with more in depth information. Additionally moisture migration, cream technology and enrobed products can be included. In the practical part, you can test what you have learned in theory. State-of-the-art analysis tools such as a texture analyzer, a moisture meter and a stereo microscope will be used.
