Cracker Line

This training comprises a theoretical overview and a hands-on training on the Haas-Meincke Cracker Line consisting of the following machines: a roller sheeter PREOMAT, a cut-sheet laminator LAM-CS, gauge rollers DUOMAT, a relaxing band, a roller cutting machine DUOCUT and a hybrid oven.

The classroom training concentrates on work safety, HMI, adjustments, maintenance, potential machine wear, service intervals and cleaning. Afterwards, the participants will prepare cracker dough and thereby get a deeper technological knowledge about cracker products. The baking oven will be turned on and the participants will adjust the parameters in order to see how different settings impact the end products and thereby evaluate the product quality. The technical part focuses on identifying components, the different machine configurations, how to start-up a cracker line using all parameters on HMI panels and maintenance.

Duration: 5 days (3 days theoretical, 2 days practical training)
