Biscuit Line

This training comprises a theoretical overview and a hands-on training on the Haas-Meincke Biscuit Line consisting of a Rotary Depositor with one, two or three heads and a hybrid oven.

The classroom training concentrates on work safety, HMI, adjustments, maintenance, potential machine wear, service intervals and cleaning. Afterwards, the participants will prepare biscuit dough and thereby get a deeper technological knowledge about biscuit products. The baking oven will be turned on and the participants will adjust the parameters in order to see how different settings impact the end products and thereby evaluate the product quality. The technical part focuses on identifying components, the different machine configurations, how to start-up a biscuit line using all parameters on HMI panels and maintenance.

Duration: 5 days (3 days theoretical, 2 days practical training)
