Franz Haas HZ-WA Turtle manual wafer baking machine

We conduct wafer sheet tests for flat wafers, hollow wafers and snack wafers as well as waffle tests. Together we can adjust the texture and mouthfeel of existing products. The baking parameters such as temperature and time correspond to realistic conditions.

We can realistically simulate a wafer baking cycle for all available baking plate types and formats. Batter depositing, baking and wafer sheet take-off are all simulated under adjustable conditions. The results can easily be scaled-up to the industrial process.
