Our technologists and technicians are at your disposal to turn new shapes and flavors into process solutions. By running test series in our TechCenter we create the base for the success of your product on the market. It is possible to test a wide variety of possible ingredients.
The TechCenter is equipped with aeration machines of different capacities, pre-mixers and different kinds of depositors. For baking tests, we have a baking oven on site. For confectionery testing, we can offer you cooking equipment. Aerated fat creams can be tested on a complete line. The laboratory contains three separate workspaces where customers can run their tests independently at the same time.
We can offer you services at different levels – from simple product presentations to the creation of completely new processes and recipes for your products. Of course, our experts are also at your disposal for optimizing existing processes, aerating systems and recipes. Furthermore, we offer technological trainings for different products. We do not only support the commissioning of plants we also rent away equipment.
