Following the trend of having products with different shapes, even in flat wafers, Franz Haas Wafer developed a new cutting technique: free-shape cutting. The freely moving cutting wires allow easy cutting from simple to complex shapes. Come and see a live demonstration of our free-shape cutter!
Franz Haas Convenience Food is going to exhibit baking tongs for center-filled cakes and molded cones. Our booth team is looking forward to answer your questions about latest end product developments for our ice cream cone and center-filled cake baking ovens.
