Haas Food Machinery joins Bakery China 2016

Bakery China is a leading annual event which has been catering to the bakery and confectionery industry since 1997. Returning to Shanghai's SNIEC again from 11 - 14 May 2016, last year's 150,000 sqm edition featured 1,640 exhibitors from 22 countries and regions with more than 92,000 visitors from 26 countries and regions.


According to the organizers, the event draws buyers for machines as well as end products, bakery shop owners and bakers, ingredients suppliers and buyers, processing and packaging machinery suppliers and packaging material producers. Haas has been a regular exhibitor at Bakery China since 2005.


Bakery China attracts manufacturers for all kinds of bakery products, such as biscuits, wafers, cake, moon cake, bread and snacks so Haas Food Machinery will be on hand to offer its sophisticated technology along with on-site baking demonstrations. The Shanghai-based company, which was established in 2006 has a staff of 120 and currently handles approximately 100 projects each year.


Yvonne Yao, Haas Food Machinery's Marketing Manager announced that the company will be exhibiting various brands such as the Franz Haas EWB-LIZARD oven for wafer stick baking, the PHP-pillow stick crimper for pillow sticks (which also enables twisted pillow sticks), and the manual baking machine HZ-WA TURTLE for flat wafers, a unit which is also used in the company's 'Inno Lab'.


The LAB-STAK for molded ice cream cones will offer unique solutions for the increased demand in more diversified wafer cone production. Haas-Meincke will showcase a biscuit line which includes a laminator, the gauge roller DUOMAT and the twin roller cutting machine DUOCUT.


"Haas Food Machinery will be representing all Haas brands at the booth with dedicated support from each of the respective business units," said Yvonne Yao. "We will exhibit machines which we can show to technical buyers because touchable details and on-site baking will demonstrate to our visitors just how easily their products could be made on Haas technology.


Our 'Ideation Room' will introduce new concepts and spark interest and inspiration," she continued. Other features at the Haas Food Machinery´s 372 sqm booth will include the tailor-made monitoring system SPIDER to show further trends and possibilities as well as a service island to explain Haas Food Machinery's after-sales service capabilities.
