The Pro Sweets Cologne will be held from 29th of January to 1st of February 2012. You will have the possibility to see our latest technical developments in hall 10.1, booth no. G008.
We are keen on showing the company´s claim “Recipes for Efficiency” working in reality. On one hand, the machines on display will be a combination of “classic” machines which have been part of the Haas program for several years already, on the other hand, new concepts will be shown.
So you will find the well-known Franz Haas hollow wafer stick baking oven EWB-R next to Haas-Meincke´s latest development, the V60. This extruding, depositing and wire-cutting system has been on the market for just a few months. It represents Haas-Meinckes’ successful idea of combining multiple processing technologies in one machine. Furthermore, Haas-Meincke will display an oven module of an indirectly heated convection oven.
To show also the focus on mixing and aeration processes inside the Haas Group, Haas-Mondomix will present their sophisticated aeration system for marshmallows, chocolate and all kinds of creams.
A rather simple but effective machine will be used on site to produce and further also to allow to taste innovative waffle products: the manual waffle baking machine HZ-WA Turtle.
