Haas-Mondomix - the history
From the aeration to the competent process specialist for batter and dough
Founded in 1978 as a Dutch family business, Mondomix entered the market with know-how in the field of continuous aeration systems. As a result of a continuous technical development combined with worldwide activities and a well-organized after-sales service, Mondomix could establish themselves on the market. Finally they succeeded in the leap to market leadership by changing their portfolio to complete solutions in 1989.
In 2002, Mondomix became part of the Haas Group where there existed already know-how in the field of mixing and kneading creams, doughs and batters due to the integration of the companies Danger in 1983 and Hecrona in 1986. This was supplemented from the aerating field.
Today, Haas-Mondomix supplies the confectionery, bakery, dairy and non-food market segments in more than 50 countries with machines and technology for dosing, weighing, (pre)mixing, aerating, kneading, depositing as well as shaping and molding processes.
