Possibility for fully automatic spreading of wafer sheets with one or two creams.


The fully automatic WSTM machines apply by the contact method fat creams of up to 3 mm thickness onto wafer sheets at a rate of up to 50 sheets/min and subsequently stack the creamed sheets to wafer books.

  • selector for wafer books with up to 5 cream layers and for wafer books without top sheet
  • one or two spreading heads possible
  • exact book building by patented stacking spirals (for wafer sheets with a maximum width of 500 mm) with large-surface support of the wafer sheets and adjustable lateral guides
  • infinitely variable pressing roller for wafer book height calibration
