The conditioners increase the moisture content of wafer sheets for chocolate-coated products to prevent cracks or cracking of the chocolate coat at a later point of time.

  • depending on space requirements, available as tunnel (KTU) or tower version (KTV)
  • modular design for easy capacity upgrades
  • stainless steel frame and casing with 40 mm thick PU foam insulation
  • air temperature, relative humidity and flow rate adjustable
  • adjustable slits for uniform distribution of the conditioned air in the integrated ducts of the conditioner
