The Universal Batch Cooker is a versatile system for production of soft caramels (toffees, chewy candy), all types of fillings, jam, gum and jelly confectionery as well as low boiled sugar-glucose solutions. In addition, gentle cooking under vacuum is possible.
Automatic closing of the discharge valve and steam shut-off when reaching the cooking temperature are premise for an automated process. Operating elements, cooking temperature and error displays are mounted on a control panel. As an option, the mixing container can be mounted on weighing cells and equipped with weighing electronics.
