The turbo cream mixer produces all kinds of fat cream fillings for flat and hollow wafers. It has a capacity of 125 l and requires 5 to 10 min for one mixing process depending on recipe and desired cream aeration.

  • stainless steel design meets hygienic requirements of the food industry
  • two different speeds for mixing and emptying ensure high and uniform cream quality and thorough emptying
  • the cream density and therefore the raw material consumption can be controlled by adding compressed air during mixing
  • manual and fully automatic operation possible
  • tandem system: combining one or more mixers to one system enables continuous cream supply to the spreading machine even at high cream demand
