Our baking oven for various kinds of Belgian Waffles.

 

SOW

The SOW ovens are used for the industrial production of waffles as well as special products such as butter waffles, Parisienne or Liège yeast waffles.

 

Technical Data:

  • 61 to 121 transversally arranged baking plate pairs of special cast iron, formats up to 280 x 600 mm, 4 – 24 waffle molds per plate depending on desired end product size
  • gas-heated, all kinds of gas possible
  • low CO2 emission through optimal gas regulation
  • high energy efficiency  through optimal sealing
  • waffles released by rotating vacuum drum or rotating drum with needles
  • easy maintenance and conversion through segment structure
  • high product quality by floating baking plates
  • option: adjustable core thickness
  • easy removal and installation of baking plates
  • low wear through opening of tongs by roller-supported actuation
