Equipment Overview - Rotary-cutting machines
For the production of hard dough biscuits, crackers and cocktail biscuits, a so-called rotary-cutting machine is required which uses one or two cutting rollers.
In twin-roller operation, the first roller embosses the customer-specific pattern, biscuit name and/or the company logo. The second roller cuts out the outer contours. In single-roller operation, the first roller idles or is removed and the second roller cuts out.
