The VKS is used for the production of fermented cracker dough as second stage mixer after fermentation.

 

Technical Data:

  • batch size 550 kg and 680 kg
  • robust, low-noise and vibrationless steel construction
  • counter-rotating kneading blades supported on both ends, drive by motor with reduction gear, kneading duration freely adjustable
  • bowl lifted mechanically by geared motor, charging manually or by external filling station
  • all dough-contacting parts made of stainless steel
