Equipment Overview - Cream Preparation

For  cream preparation, the cream ingredients are fed into a mixing cell where they are homogenously mixed. From the mixing cell the cream is fed continuously to the spreading machine via a holding tank. Depending on the plant configuration (depending on cream and ingredients), various modules are added to the mixing cell.


Our plants are used for the automatic production of fat creams for wafer fillings and can be optimally adapted to individual customer requirements in terms of capacity, configuration and degree of automation.
