The SOW ovens are used for the industrial production of waffles as well as special products such as butter waffles, Parisienne or Liège yeast waffles.
- 61 to 121 transversally arranged baking plate pairs of special cast iron, formats up to 280 x 600 mm, 4 – 24 waffle molds per plate depending on desired end product size
