Center-filled Cakes

For the production of Center-filled Cakes, batter is deposited onto heated baking plate pairs at the oven front section. Thereafter the filling is deposited onto the batter. The baking plates close and move through the oven till the baking plates reopen at the oven front section. A take-off device releases the Center-filled Cakes and transfers them to a conveying system for ambient cooling.

 

Center-filled Cakes have a final product weight of up to 45 g with a filling share of about 30 % of the final product weight. The products can be positioned in the cake segment on the one hand as well as in the general confectionery segment on the other hand. Whether as energy food for sports, sweet snacks for lunch breaks or individually shaped cakes for promotions – the possibilities are endless.
