Fat creams are used for many applications such as fillings of wafers, biscuits, layer cakes and pralines.
A standard production line comprises the following components: premixer, buffer tank, pumps, scraped heat exchanger, aerator, static mixers, warm and cold water units and filling equipment, like a manifold and a depositor.
