Innovation is more than just a word: innovation is an attitude that is deeply embedded into the corporate culture of Haas and Bühler. Our merger and the resulting synergies are an affirmation of our focus on innovation as companies who keep pace with trends for our customers. But not only do we want to react to changing markets, we want to predict new challenges and drive developments ourselves; that includes new products and services as well as digitization and the renewal of processes.
Consequently, starting September 1 we will implement a new innovation process that focusses on the interlocking of market and development. This ensures that our innovations are well received by the market, and our CEO Germar Wacker is convinced that “strengthening the innovative power in our products is important so that we can continue creating value to stand apart from our competition and to inspire our customers in the long term.” Bühler has successfully been living this process for 12 years: experts from all business areas participate in it to guarantee the quality and the success of innovations.
