HAAS INTERNAL INFORMATION 2017-2018 – FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY
Digitalization

Digitalization

  • is everyday life
  • supports shared learning
  • creates knowledge
  • drives new business fields
  • takes place and we are actively involved

Digitalization is a big issue and we all associate something different with it and that's why we called June 2018 “The month of digitalization at Haas”. What potential is hidden in this topic and how much we personally have to do with it every day, we would like to present to you on this page in short, and weekly video posts. Germar Wacker, CEO of the Haas Group, will speak in his view on digitalization as a driver of innovation and the daily personal use of digitalization. Erich Gornik, Chairman of the Innovation Board at Haas, and Christof Strohhöfer, Head of the Innovation Group at Haas, discuss the development and opportunities of digitalization and how important it to stay creative. Günter Muhr, Managing Director of FHW and Michael Baumann, Managing Director of Global Services, shed light on the importance of digitalization for the development of new business models and what each one of us can contribute. And since digitalization is not standing still, we have planned additional contributions to also show the customer's view and as well of course the technical side of digitalization. So stay tuned and get the latest news on this site every week in June as well as the Breaking News.
