WAFER STICK BAKING SYSTEM
The fully automatic baking ovens of the EWB-R series produce wafer sticks at highest capacities in an environmentally very friendly manner. Among others, production capacities depend on length and diameter of the sticks, recipe and ingredients. Nowadays, wafer sticks are not only popular when served together with ice cream, but have also made their way as a crispy standalone product. Cream fillings, coatings or sprinkling represent a clever way of adding value to the sticks.
At interpack, we will present the innovative way of filling with aerated cream, improving the texture and taste of the wafer sticks by giving them a lighter mouth feel. The decrease of weight is another benefit of this new product composition.
