On display will be a wafer stick baking oven type EWB and the aeration system Mini Mondo.

  • continuous aerating system for developing aerated products such as cakes, creams, swiss rolls, marshmallows, chocolates, yoghurt, cheese etc. in labs or R&D centers

  • mixing head of stainless steel with rotor and jacketed stator for mixing the liquid mass and gas
