Where is the trend for wafer products heading? Our experienced technologists assist you in finding the right product. You can then run production tests in our Techcenter in Leobendorf near Vienna which offers a lot of possibilities on an area of 500m² (5400 sq ft).
The technical equipment comprises wafer lab baking machines, machines for spreading, cutting, aerating and mixing, a wafer stick baking oven and a combined line for the production of short dough biscuits like molded and rotary-cut biscuits and hard dough biscuits like for example crackers. It provides you with a realistic production environment for optimizing your existing recipes and for developing new recipes. You can use following possibilities at our Techcenter:
Standard Package LAB WAFER
On modern lab equipment it is possible to produce wafer sheets or molded cones with various engravings or in different shapes for product tests or process optimizations.
Possible products: - flat wafer sheets (for sweet products or snacks)
- hollow wafer sheets
- waffles
- molded cones
Standard Package LAB WAFER DOWNSTREAM
By means of this extension module the individual wafer sheets can be spread with cream, stacked, cooled and cut. Possible products: - multi-layered flat wafers

Standard Package LAB WAFER STICKS
On an automatic baking oven type EWB 1.8 IND it is possible to produce on two lanes wafer sticks in various diameters and lengths as well as pillow-shaped sticks.

A MONDOMIX aeration plant allows to add an additional touch to creams for wafer and biscuit products. Possible products:
