Installation and Commissioning
The machines are installed all over the world by a group of around thirty experienced technicians. They assemble the delivered equipment to complete production lines and guarantee smooth operation by comprehensive tests on site.
Relocation Set
Within the scope of the Relocation Set, Haas accompanies customers during domestic and international machine relocations from disassembly to reinstallation and commissioning.
Maintenance Set
Based on customers' requirements, Haas develops service and maintenance schedules applicable for several years, which may also include training packages. Regular inspections minimize the risk of production losses due to downtimes and extend the service life of the machines.
Debug Set
In case of urgent problems Haas provides support via a telephone hotline. If the problem cannot be solved via telephone support, Haas dispatches at short notice an experienced technician to resolve the problem on site.
