The batter mixing plants of the DANMIX® (concept by DANGER) series are used to make all kinds of batter for wafer production. The various configurations and degrees of automation of this modular system allow optimal adaptation to customer requirements.

The turbo mixers are used for preparing batters in the wafer industry. Water, flour and other ingredients are mixed in a mixing tank, which is equipped with a special turbine. The suction of the turbine effects an intensive circulation of the ingredients resulting in a lump-free batter within short time.
