After baking, the wafer sheets are cooled stress-free at ambient temperature by the archway type cooler. The archway design allows passage below the cooler and makes it unnecessary to walk around long wafer production lines. 

The elevator serves to cool the wafer sheets stress-free at ambient temperature after baking and prior to cream spreading or conditioning. Furthermore, they transfer wafer sheets or wafer books vertically within a wafer production line.
