Mondomix as market and technology leader in aerated mixing of various masses, fat cream and chocolate joined the Haas group in 2002. Since 1978 the company produced mixing systems, in 2005 the development of know-how concerning shaping, batching and molding started.

The Haas-Mondomix program
High-quality equipment and turnkey plants are offered under the Haas-Mondomix brand for handling, batching and weighing ingredients at the hopper, as well as for the process steps pre-mixing, mixing, aerating, batching and shaping/molding, in addition to biscuit dough and batter machines.

Finishing for dairy products
The use of aeration systems for finishing has considerably increased the range of dairy products. Whipped dessert and cheese products are common in many regions today. The challenge here is sterile processing. Haas-Mondomix systems are equipped with a combination of Sterilization in-Place (SIP) and cleaning-in-Place (CIP) systems. For the U.S. market, the system is qualified to earn the AAA certification so that the highest hygienic standards can be reached.

Flexibility for the confectionery industry
Confectionery products such as marshmallows, chocolate or chocolate filled pralines, chocolate coated marshmallow treats and special regional variations such as "Zephyr" and "Bird's milk" must be unique. Therefore, process and technology know-how is crucial, as only the precise interaction of temperature and targeted aeration control turns egg white, gelatin and fat into high-quality-products. We can offer you a wide range of depositing machines based on your specifications with regard to the consistency of the mass to be processed, and the precision and shape of the product. Doughs, creams or other masses can be deposited either in points or flat, while intelligent systems with up to three axes are available for free shaping.
