Established in Shanghai in 2006, Haas Food Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (HFM), is the harbor of the Haas Group in terms of manufacturing, sales and service of food machinery for China and neighboring countries. The production program covers the FOX series machinery for flat wafers and the EWB-LIZARD wafer stick baking oven, which were especially designed for these markets.

Furthermore, HFM represents the Austrian parent company Franz Haas Waffel- und Keksanlagen-Industrie GmbH, which provides equipment for the production of flat and hollow wafers, wafer sticks, wafer rolls, biscuits, cakes, ice cream cones, waffles, and other innovative products. HFM also represents its sister company Haas-Mondomix from The Netherlands, which is specialized in aeration systems for the bakery, confectionery and dairy industries.

As a local supplier, HFM is able to deliver reliably in short time machines and spare parts to Chinese customers. Moreover, customers are offered support and service in their native language.
