The Meincke Duocut single and/or twin roller cutting machine embosses and cuts hard dough biscuits, crackers, cocktail crackers and lye products.
The Meincke Duocut is available in all common working widths, such as 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, and 1600 mm, as well as a jumbo 1800 mm format.
The die rollers of the Meincke Duocut can be changed quickly without using any tools, which saves time during maintenance.
Each roller of the Meincke Duocut cutting machine is equipped with independent servo drives that maintain a constant production speed.
The Meincke Duocut embosses and cuts hard dough biscuits, lye products or crackers. In a twin roller operation, the first roller embosses the custom designed pattern, biscuit name and/or company logo. The second roller cuts out the contours. In a single roller operation, the first roller idles or is removed and, in a slower process, the second roller works both as die and cutting roller.
