The wafer plant business shows a very positive development also in 2010. This is proven by selling a high-capacity production line to a Turkish customer, which is one of our top successes in recent time.
Our customer already has a Haas high-capacity line on which premium products for the Turkish market are produced. Also with his 2nd investment for enlarging production capacity he relies on the proven quality of our plants.
The high-capacity oven, as the core machine of the flat wafer line, runs at a capacity of 60 wafer sheets per minute. The special features of the line are the innovative sheet take-off by vacuum, which allows smooth product transfer at high speeds, and the wafer book cooler, which is used as buffer storage in addition to its cooling function. Furthermore, the line contains a spreading machine with 2 spreading heads.
