Preview Pro Sweets Cologne 2010

The Pro Sweets Cologne, the international supplier exhibition for the confectionery industry, will take place from Jan 31 to Feb. 3, 2010, at the same time as the ISM fair.

Franz Haas Waffel- und Keksanlagen-Industrie GmbH together with Haas-Mondomix B.V. participate in the exhibition and will show the following machine program on 300 m2:

  • an automatic wafer stick baking oven type EWB-R IND
  • a manual wafer/waffle baking machine type HZ-WA TURTLE
  • a module of a biscuit oven type MULTI G BV
  • a High-Speed-Depositor
  • and a Fat Cream Production Line
Wafer stick baking machine EWB-R IND
  • used for the fully automatic production of wafer sticks (wafer flutes)
  • baking ring with electric induction heating: no hazardous emissions, environmentally friendly, low operationg noise, high heat efficiency of more than 70 %
  • all-stainless-steel panelling
  • vented side doors ensure pleasant temperature in the working area
  • optional devices allow a wide variety of different end products such as two-colored sticks, flattened sticks, fan-shaped wafers or pillow-shaped sticks

Manual wafer/waffle baking machine HZ-WA TURTLE
  • for the production of flat wafers, hollow wafers or waffles in labs or in the catering trade
  • robust and compact construction

  • heating by electric heating elements
  • freely adjustable temperature and baking time
  • automatic operating data logging
Module of a biscuit oven type MULTI G BV
  • for the production of hard biscuits, molded biscuits, crackers, cocktail biscuits, sticks, pretzels and soft biscuits
  • modular design of 2 m long pre-insulated modules facilitates installation and later capacity extensions
  • external panelling of stainless steel, baking chamber of carbon steel
  • available in working widths 800 – 1,600 mm
  • available in lengths from 14 – 120 m
High-Speed-Depositor
  • suitable for depositing all types of aerated creams, batters, chocolates and marshmallows
  • patented high-speed piston manifold
  • the unit allows depositing of 2D shapes
  • freely programmable to provide ultimate product flexibility
  • up to 300 rows/min depending on the type of product
  • easy exchange of depositing tools
  • modular design allows quick product changeover
Fat Cream Production Line
  • will be running to feed the high-speed depositor with fine praline cream at a capacity of up to 300 kg/h
  • consists of a holding tank, the Mondotherm scraped surface heat exchanger, an aeration system, a recirculation system and a combi unit for temperature process control
