Also this year, Franz Haas Waffel- und Keksanlagen-Industrie GmbH – together with Haas-Mondomix B.V. – will take part in the IBA (international specialist exhibition for bakers and confectioners). The exhibition will be held from 3 – 9 October 2009 in Duesseldorf, Germany, where over 1000 exhibitors from 45 countries will present their products on 123,000 m².
Franz Haas and Haas-Mondomix will show following equipment at a 300-m²-booth:

Fat Cream Production Line

- will also feed the HMH Capper, where 2 new types of manifolds are installed
- consists of a holding tank, the Mondotherm scraped surface heat exchanger, an aeration system, a recirculation system and a combi unit for temperature process control
